Great information! I taught the importance of flexibility in one of my yoga classes earlier this week and how it usually isn’t on your radar until there is already pain or an injury.

I really enjoyed this article and think it provided a lot of important information. A lot of times the importance of rest time is overlooked by individuals and they believe that they should be working out everyday. You really emphasized the importance of taking rest days and why it is important for your body to take these days off. Everyone should take rest days and you helped them understand why they are important.
