Brilliant post as ever. I would definitely say that, for me, balancing the snack intake has been the winner. I used to have 3 slices of wholemeal toast with peanut butter after a workout and a banana before. I realised I was consuming almost as much as I was burning so switched this to reflect the intensity of my workout. π
