Solid article! When I was a kid, negative reps were how I got strong enough to do my first pull-up. I would stand up on a chair and let myself down from the top position as slow as possible.
It's definitely a great way to start working out if you're limited to equipments and can't manage your bodyweight. I also use it to max out my hypertrophy workouts instead of drop sets. Great read 🙌100%
